Takeaway:
This project has been fantastic to work on. The team is very talented and very driven. This concept started as a fun puzzle game, and I think we’ve really taken it in an exciting direction; it has humor and an amazing amount of depth to the gameplay.

Our primary challenge has been the game’s art due to our studio’s limitations. We are a relatively small team consisting of 13 members, and our aim has been to create a fun, charming, and hilarious world for the players to occupy. In order to do this, we have had to utilize resources within our university and get a bit of outside aid. We have also utilized some team members for some cross-disciplinary work. We are fortunate to have team members who are hard working and talented enough to create assets that they did not originally intend for at the beginning of the project.

I think this game has really shaped up to be a phenomenal puzzle/platformer, and I am very excited to show it off when the game is ready to release in May.
